India won the toss and batted first. Sachin Tendulkar was the back bone of the indian Innings, yet another time.

Indian score was 309 and Sachin scored 141 out of this. and he was unbeaten on 141. Only one other batsman in the team scored a fifty plus.

It was a pitch which was not at all god for batting and it had un even bounce as well. But the bowlers could not dismiss him almost 25 overs were bowled to Sachin.

Pakistan won the toss and fielded first. Sachin Tendulkar was the back bone of the indian innings yet another time. Irfan Pathan and MS Dhoni gave Sachin good support with their blistering knocks 65 and 68!

India were allout in 49.4 overs for a score of 328. When Sachin was dismissed, the Indian score was 305 in 45 overs, with 5 overs remaining, and the rest of the team managed to score only 28 runs in the last 5 overs and they were all out!

9 of 14;  ODI series vs Pakistan, Played at Sardar Patel Stadium, Motera, Ahmedabad

India won the toss and batted first. It was a 48 over match.  Sachin gave a blistering start. Scored at a strike rate of 6.00 plus from 3rd to 20th over. He scored 123 runs out of India's 315. No one other than Sachin in the lineup scored atleast a 50. The next best was MS Dhoni's 47 from 64 balls. and the third best was  extras 39.

India's front line bowlers Zaheer khan, Balaji, n Nehra gave away 188 runs in their 26 overs. Sachin took 1 wicket for 36 runs and took a catch also!

Pakistan won the toss and batted first. They made a huge score of 329 in 50 overs. Thanks to Zaheer khan's 72 runs in 7 overs.

No one other than Sachin in the team scored even a 40+,  the next best score in indian innings was Dravid’s 36 with a strike rate of 80. Pakistan won by 12 runs! and some people blames him for the loss!!! See the scorecard attached below.
